We are delighted that Simon Ellis has joined the Pulsar team.

With almost 18 years of experience in Transport Planning, Simon has extensive experience providing advice to support a wide range of land development projects. His expertise encompasses multi-modal microsimulation modelling, highway capacity analysis, and preparing Transport Assessments/Statements, consistently achieving successful outcomes in planning applications and securing necessary approvals. Building on his development planning experience, Simon provides strategic counsel to clients.

Simon lives in Croydon, loves Pompey FC, and enjoys all things sport (he's a former County badminton player!). You'll also find him at London gigs, enjoying food, beer, and playing "semi-competent" guitar.
