Pulsar has been actively supporting the UK padel revolution over the last few years including a number of recent successes. We have provided transport planning and highway advice on numerous padel schemes across the country. At the time of writing, this has included nine consented schemes and several others close to a positive decision.
Our schemes have ranged from large high-scale racquet clubs to new standalone courts, including meanwhile use applications and additional facilities in the Green Belt. Our sites reach as far as North Wales, across to South West England and down to the Home Counties and Central London.
The key transport considerations are usually the quantity of car parking, pedestrian connectivity and the construction logistics (given more prominence as an upfront consideration in the new NPPF).
We have worked with several different padel operators and alongside various project teams to prepare the necessary transport input to support their planning applications and discharge associated planning conditions. We have an excellent track record of helping our clients achieve quick and successful planning outcomes.
Please get in touch if you would like to find out more on our padel successes or for any highways/transport advice in relation to your padel scheme. We would be happy to review the transport/highway issues and to provide our expertise.
